Each painting requires packaging suited to its medium and size. Destinations, delivery times, carriers, fees and insurance will be confirmed before acquisition. No final shipping rates are currently published.
On delivery
Check the package and artwork on receipt. If damaged, retain the packaging, take photographs and contact the studio promptly to arrange a solution.
Returns
Contact the studio before any return to arrange safe packaging. Return procedures and costs will be provided before the sale. Personalised creations may be exempt from withdrawal rights; this will be communicated before confirmation.
